And so we turn to safety for many very good reasons - to keep promises to our loved ones, because it's good business and, because it's the law. Taken in this perspective, because somebody "makes" us do safety is not a good reason and should be the very least of our concerns.
Our project manager is OSHA certified.
It is the policy of I.C.S. to provide protection and leadership to all employees from unsafe work conditions and practices on the jobsite. Our employees are considered the most fundamental asset of our operations. Their safety must be considered first when planning any construction activity. All employees of I.C.S. have the responsibility to work safely and ensure that fellow workers also work safely on the job to ensure everyone leaves the jobsite unharmed at the end of the day.
Our safety committee is certified by the
PA Department of Labor and Industry.
The mission of the I.C.S. INC. safety committee is to ensure the safety and well being of our employees. This committee serves a number of different purposes. The first and most important is to recognize workplace hazards. The second purpose of this committee is to meet once a month and improve communication and employee moral. The third purpose of this committee is to ensure the quality of our tools and equipment.
